Doug Rupiper purchased the (old and somewhat waning) Sandalwood Business Center in April 2019 and enlisted the help of Sarah Day to help design the new look and feel of R Mutual Space. Together they rolled their sleeves up and tackled this project to bring a new and refreshed business center to Coeur d'Alene.
